A core feature of PICTUS, Registration stores and maintains key information of all organizations, such as member names, addresses, contacts, notes, and users.
Used by both the agency managing the program as well as its members. Agencies can allow self-registration or can actively manage/control the data input and maintenance process.
Use Communications to send automatic or manual e-mails and notifications based on complex queries that are designed to improve compliance. Every communication sent is recorded so you can see when every business was last communicated with.
Create filings automatically for members based on a periodic filing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly) and status (e.g., active member), and are typically linked to the collection of agency fees based upon the sale of a product.
Filing provides a clean, simple web interface where members create and submit their filings. Invoices are produced on approval and members can view and download them. The product catalogue is multi-level and includes pricing according to industry-specific requirements. Additional charges such as taxes, commissions, and penalties can also be added.
The Remittance module, an add-on to Filing, allows members to see the full lifecycle of invoices, from invoice creation through invoice payment. PICTUS Filing creates the invoice, and PICTUS Remittance adds balance outstanding information, allowing payments to be applied on invoices.
Optionally, on-line payment methods can be connected for immediate invoice payment. Interfaces to standard accounting systems allow for the seamless transfer of invoices to agencies’ financial accounts receivable systems, and the return of matched invoice payments back into PICTUS. Members can see what has been paid and what remains outstanding. Historical invoices with associated payment details are available to the member for viewing and downloading.
This module is designed to allow agencies to adjudicate and approve their members’ incentive claims. Agencies identify mandated products and prices, and the module totals the rebate due while triggering payment to the member.
PICTUS Claims coordinates the submission of detailed manifest information (through an automated interface where detailed information is available to the agency), providing summarized information for adjudication and approval by the agency.
This module allows users to provide their own mobile field data via Apple and Android applications, as well as direct Integration with other field data collection systems used by collectors. Other field data collection systems are typically owned and operated by the collector as part of a dispatch solution and form the “front end” of the claims process.
Information is electronically captured to include manifest details such as quantity, quality, and location of material collected and can eliminate reams of paper submissions.
The module will help businesses identify compliance risk situations and flag issues for follow-up and audit. PICTUS Compliance uses the Registration module communication features to ensure appropriate activities are logged and communicated to members.
This module delivers in-depth “analytics” capabilities to support data analysis. Examples include trending data over time, comparing periods, geographic analysis, adding filters and limits, all presented in a “visual” way with charts and graphs. Data can be combined across multiple data sources and shared across authorized users.
